What’s the difference between nominal and actual filter size?Updated 2 months ago

The nominal size is the rounded label size printed on your filter (for example, 20×20×1). The actual size is the true measurement of the filter, which is slightly smaller—usually around 19.75×19.75×0.75 for a 1-inch filter. Always use your actual measurements when ordering custom filters.
